Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im klassisch-eleganten Ambiente
Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel „Romance“ war einfach wunderbar! Das klassische Interieur des Hotels hat uns sofort in seinen Bann gezogen und für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Restaurant hat uns mit seinen köstlichen Gerichten jeden Abend aufs Neue begeistert, und auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels war perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden und die Heilquellen zu erreichen. Das Personal war äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend, sodass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Great location, super friendly staff, very clean hotel. We had detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel by car and the hotel gave us a ride to and from the car park. Breakfast was fantastic. Really nice hotel located in the centre, we had a spacious room with balcony with a wonderful view, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was extraordinary. We booked a parking for our car which was nearby for a reasonable price. Also we had booked a massage in advance - very good. Tickets for Saunia Thermal Resort can be obtained at the reception. Wonderful experience
We stayed at the Hotel Romance for 4 days and we felt totally comfortable! Our room was spacious, with a big, cozy bed, a living area with very comfortable armchairs! and a small balcony. The bathroom was ok, but it was rather stressful to climb in and out of the high and narrow bathtub to take a shower. Our room was cleaned efficiently and promptly every morning. Breakfast was the highlight of the day. Such a vast variety of cold and warm dishes, salads, cakes, cheeses, joghurt and muesli - nothing was missing. The staff did a marvellous job in replenishing, in taking plates away, and setting tables new after guests left. A big thank you to them for their attentive and friendly service! Insgesamt wirklich ein sehr guter Aufenthalt im Hotel Romance (bis auf die Matratzen)
Ich und meine Frau waren zum ersten Mal in Karlsbad und haben uns letztlich (nach längerer Suche in verschiedenen Portalen) für das Hotel Romance mit 3 Übernachtungen incl. Frühstück entschieden. Wir können jetzt schon sagen, es war die richtige Entscheidung. Vor der Anreise erhielten wir detailierte Informationen über die genaue Lage des Hotels und die Anfahrt zum Hotel, die nicht ganz so einfach ist, wie in einer anderen Stadt, da das Hotel relativ zentral in der Fußgängerzone liegt und diese durch versenkbare Poller vor dem Durchgangsverkehr geschützt wird. Aber durch die Vorabinformationen vom Hotel per E-Mail lief alles sehr gut. Auch der im Voraus reservierte Parkplatz war nicht sehr weit vom Hotel entfernt, allerdings aber außerhalb der (Poller-)Fußgängerzone. Im Hotel sprechen fast alle Mitarbeiter deutsch und alle sind außergewöhnlich freundlich. Zum Zimmer (Nr. 420) gibt es nicht allzu viel zu sagen. Es war nicht besonders aber doch außreichend groß mit Dusche. Dort waren Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Ebenso ein Safe, viele Kleiderbügel und viel Stauraum. Es gab aber leider zwei Punkte, die nicht so gut waren: 1. Die Matratzen waren doch sehr durchgelegen und dürften für unseren Geschmack hoffentlich und möglichst bald entsorgt werden und 2. Eine Aussicht gab es eher nicht bzw. nur auf einen sehr kleinen Innenhof mit Aufzug und auf die Nachbardächer. Das störte uns jedoch nicht, ganz im Gegensatz zu den Matratzen! Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren schon oft in 5 Sterne Hotels in Asien, aber das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel Romance kann mit manchen 5 Sterne Hotels durchaus mithalten, wenn man mal von den warmen Speisen, die in Asien obligatorisch angeboten werden, absieht. Tolle und auch abwechselnde Auswahl. Vielen Dank und ein dickes Lob auch noch an die allesamt sehr sehr freundlichen Bedienungen im Frühstücksraum. Auch die Angebote im Restaurant für den Abend sind sehr gut. Wie gesagt, wir waren zum ersten Mal in Karlsbad und da wäre es schön gewesen, wenn wir von der Rezeption mehr Tipps erhalten hätten. Wir mussten leider immer fragen, um dann aber auch gute Auskünfte zu bekommen. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Damen von der Rezeption selbst mehr auf uns zukommen (z.B. mit der Touristen-Karte, von der wir erst zufällig in der Stadt erfahren haben) oder mit den Eintrittskarten in die Therme, die man auch im Hotel erwerben kann und dann sogar eine Stunde länger bleiben darf, als wenn man direkt in der Therme bucht. Hier sehen wir tatsächlich etwas Verbesserungsbedarf. Dies soll aber die insgesamt sehr guten Leistungen des Hotels nicht allzusehr schmälern. Čistou náhodou jsme zašli na snídani do hotelu Romance a dobře jsme udělali.   Uvítal nás příjemný personál a hlavně bohatý snídaňový bufet. Byli jsme mile překvapeni sortimentem. Téměř žádné polotovary a výběr ohromující.Milá slečna Lucie s kolegyní  nám celý bufet ukázaly a bylo o nás skvěle postaráno.Obsluha udržuje bufet neustále ve 100% stavu a znovu musím zdůraznit rozmanitost a pestrost pokrmů. Tolle zentrale Lage, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Service, Zimmer sind gut und Zweckmäßig, Empfehlung nehmen Sie ein Superior Zimmer, da Econemy Zimmer teils sehr versteckt und dunkel gelegen.

☺ Location, service and cosy small restautant. We had an executive room and it was perfect . we reserved a parking place and it was just 2 minutes from the hotel as it located just in the center of Karlovy Vary generally very good hotel if you want to live just one step from all sightseeings.

The hotel is in the great location. Walking distance to all of the attraction point. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Especially the staff at the reception. I can feel the hospitality and I appreciate their help. In general, a great place to stay when visiting Karlvovy Vary.
