Exceptional experience Our room was spacious and well appointed with a gracious elegance. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the city below yet no street noise disturbed our stay. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Check in was efficient and accommodating. The on site dining room and cafe were a treat with well prepared meals. Staff were efficient, attentive and helpful. When we return to Karlovy Vary this will be our destination of choice.

Great stay, would definitely return We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hotel Romance, could easily have stayed longer. It's a lovely old building, full of character inside. Feels olde worlde but it's meticulously well maintained and everything is in great condition. Room was lovely and the food was great. We liked breakfast so much that we had dinner there one night which was also top notch. We got a package with a 30 minute massage each and a visit to a nearby spa which was amazing and I would highly recommend. It all worked out as incredibly good value. Great location in the centre of the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Good experience in Karlovy Vary Very nice hotel centrally placed. Friendly and accomodating staff. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money. A place to relax and enjoy beuatiful Karlovy Vary. A place one could return to in the not too distant future.

Très bon hôtel en plein centre Hôtel de taille moyenne par rapport à nombre de complexes de cette ville et un peu "vieillot", mais très agréable, à la literie confortable, au personnel extrêmement sympathique, serviable et réactif (parle très bien anglais). Il est idéalement situé dans l'hypercentre, en zone piétonne et à proximité des "fontaines". Petit déjeuner très varié et qualitatif. Bon restaurant. Il n'y a que quelques places de parking, pensez à la réserver si vous venez en voiture. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour là bas.

Très bonnes prestations et excellente situation Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet établissement remarquablement bien situé au coeur de Karlovy Vary. Certes l'accès est un peu difficile en voiture, mais une fois arrivé à l'hôtel, on peut laisser sa voiture dans le parking situé à une centaine de mètres (important : pensez à réserver à l'avance une place), et on accède en moins d'une minute à la promenade des colonnades et des sources. Nous avons séjourné dans un vaste appartement constitué de 2 chambres très confortables. Le petit déjeuner, servi sous forme de buffet, présente une très vaste variété de mets. Au regard de la prestation et de la popularité de la ville, le prix était raisonnable. Au bilan, une adresse à recommander au coeur de Karlovy Vary.

An old hotel full of charm The hotel is situated in the heart of the spa area of Karlovy Vary, right behind the Market Colonnade. All the main attractions are easily accessible on foot. The room was spacious, quiet, and exceptionally clean, providing a very comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. The building and interior decor have a charming old-world feel but are meticulously maintained, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The free WiFi was both fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring new offerings each day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I do have one small suggestion: Is the cheap plastic container on each breakfast table really necessary? It seems a bit out of place compared to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Central location at a good price point We had a very romantic getaway at Hotel Romance. The front desk was extremely helpful and gave us maps and lots of useful information. We booked tickets to the public thermal pools and spas (and saved money that way) and enjoyed the central location of the hotel right in the heart of the old town. The hotel breakfast was good and the staff even let us have an extra hour to check out in the morning. It was a great stay and if we’re ever back in Karlovy Vary we will stay here again!

Very satisfied ***** Everything was great, breakfast great and great staff, high standard hotel. You need to take into account the limited number of parking spaces, but if you book in time, the parking is on the other side of the hotel... the kitchen in the restaurant was very good, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, the service was at a high level.

Super valg af Hotel i Karlovy Vary. Super super dejlig Hotel, alt fungerede perfekt her, og meget behjælpelige ansatte, var der bare det mindste blev det rettet med en smil. Beliggenhed var perfekt for os, maden tip top. Ja som i kan læse jeg meget godt tilfreds.

The most pleasant stay at Hotel Romance All the employees of both the hotel and the restaurant were very helpful, polite and over all nice and they did way more than was their duty for us. The breakfast was rich and the meals are an experience. The room was comfortable and spatious with everything that we needed.
