Personál byl moc ochotný a nápomocný, úklidová služba každý den vždy bleskurychlá a precizní, snídaně opravdu velmi bohaté a rozmanité, že si vyberou opravdu i ti velice vybíraví jedinci. A neustále se doplňovala, každý den navíc se různě obměňovala, což hodnotím velice kladně. A lokace hned u kolonády je jen třešničkou na dortu. Určitě se sem ještě někdy vrátíme, tentokrát již jako manželé. :-)Verified Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Romance Es war ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Kurzurlaub . Wir haben uns im Hotel Romance sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Parkplatzproblem, welches viele beschrieben haben können wir nicht bestätigen. Além disso,a localização é maravilhosa,bem no centro ,pertinho de tudo,das fontes termais ,do comércio e restaurantes. Das Personal ist vom Empfang (Blanka und Monica insbesondere) bis zum Restaurant sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Nach kürzester Zeit werden die Wünsche schon von den Augen abgelesen. Tipps für Ausflüge und Reservierungen in Restaurants sind immer möglich. Auch kleinere Mängel werden in kurzer Zeit behoben. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay.. Our room, with a small veranda overlooking the colonnade, was impeccably clean, the bed was huge but very cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed the luxury of a bath (with shower facilities) and wallowed in the luxurious toiletries provided by the hotel.. The breakfast buffet was superb with a wide range of choices, all beautifully presented, that tasted delicious. We had dinner at the hotel in two occasions and once again could not fault it. Great menu and attentive service at a very reasonable price. So thank-you everyone at Hotel Romance.. we had a wonderful stay…Verified Hervorragendes Frühstück Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel Romance und fühlten uns auf Anhieb wohl. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet war eines der besten, das uns jemals in einem Hotel angeboten wurden. Es entsprach mehr einem Brunch. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und auch das 2-Gänge-Menü (entweder eine Vor- oder eine Nachspeise zum Hauptgericht nach Wahl) war frisch und lecker zubereitet. Halbpensionsgäste bekommen zum Abendessen immer eine Karaffe stilles Wasser. Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon reserviert. Die Einrichtung könnte etwas moderner sein und die Badewanne durch eine Dusche ersetzt werden, denn der Einstieg war sehr hoch. Ansonsten war das Zimmer picobello sauber. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht und der befand sich in der Nähe vor den Pollern. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt im zentrumsnahen, aber dennoch ruhigen Hotel und kommen bestimmt wieder.Verified We are recommending this nice hotel. We loved the central location, professionalism of the staff, which is very important and nice to see. We asked for a room with the city view and were moved to very nice room with a view to the street. Breakfast was great, with good choices and really good coffee.

EXCELLENT10Verified Ide vissza kell jönni! ☺A környék rendkívüli, a Monarchia-korabeli épületek, a tisztaság, a várost körül ölelő zöld környezet elvarázsolt minket. A reggeli és a vacsora kiváló alapanyagokból, kiváló minőségben készültek. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. A szoba mindennel fel volt szerelve, amire csak szükségünk lehetett. A város autóközlekedésének korlátozásai miatt két GPS-szel is csak nehezen sikerült rátalálnunk a hotelre, illetve meglehetősen távol volt csak lehetőség parkolni az autóval, azonban a nyitott ablak melletti éjszakai csend és nyugalom kárpótolt minket, illetve az ott tartózkodásunk alatt nem is volt szükség az autóra, minden séta távolságra található. ☹Esetleg egy magyar nyelvű tévécsatornával még ki lehetne egészíteni a műsorlistát, azonban a Wifi lehetőséget adott a tableten, telefonon történő magyar nyelvű adások lejátszására.10Verified ☺Alles war ausgezeichnet, Zimmer ruhig, das Frühstück war sehr gut, viel Abwechslung und große Auswahl, hausgemachte Kuchen sehr lecker. ☹Halbpension würde ich aber das nächste Mal nicht buchen, man kann das gleiche in der Speisekarte für das gleiche Geld wieviel das HP gekostet hat bestellen. Even later, when we needed help with parking our car, a very friendly employee assisted us in finding the parking lot. The parking is outside the hotel, about a 5-minute drive away, and it’s an outdoor lot. The hotel has a truly great location — a beautiful building right in the center of Karlovy Vary, close to the hot springs and the walking promenades. ☹ But we expected more — the room was beautifully furnished, but small and faced the back of the hotel and other buildings. The hotel lacks space for a lobby bar or any common areas, and there is no pool or spa center, which you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was great, but the prepaid dinner, which had no conditions mentioned beforehand, was disappointing. We had to choose between starter and dessert, starter and main course, or starter and main course again — but never all three. This limitation should be clearly stated when paying for dinner in advance.
