EXCELLENTVerified Very nice Hotel in a lovely town. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Romance, perfectly located in the heart of Karlovy Vary. The rooms were a little dated but very charming and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff at breakfast could have been a bit more welcoming, but this was only a minor point and didn’t affect our overall experience. Sehr umfangreiches und besonderes Frühstück und freundlicher Service. Hätten wir in Karlsbad ein anderes Restaurant als die „Altslawische Küche“ gewählt, wäre unser Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen. Gut geeignet für ältere Menschen durch Barrierefreiheit &kurze Perfektes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Karlsbad. Der Service in mehreren Sprachen ermöglichte Absprachen für alle Wünsche, welche auch umgesetzt wurden. Das Personal, das Essen (Frühstücksbuffet /Abendmenü) und Ambiente sind fantastisch. Wir hatten als Familie mit 2 älteren Menschen ein Zimmer mit Balkon und herrlicher Aussicht auf die Stadt und ein weiteres Zimmer zum Innenhof, welcher begrünt und ruhig ist, gebucht. Alle Zimmer sind hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer zur Straße sollen wohl noch saniert werden. Der bisherige Standard mit Zimmerschlüssel anstatt Karte und einer gepflegten Ausstattung im Bad mit Armaturen der ca. 2000 Jahre finde ich absolut in Ordnung aber wie gesagt ist auch dort wohl die Sanierung geplant, welche in den hinteren Zimmern bereits erfolgt ist.Posted onVerified Worth of stay here Amazing city, very nice and clean hotel, kind and helpful staff, great food, parking for cars - if needed, there is a free transfer to/from parking slots by hotelPosted onVerified Urlaub in einem schönen Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück.

Koffer ausgepackt. Ein Begleiter hat uns auf den Parkplatz hingeführt. Er ist oben im Wald, 12€ pro Tag/Nacht. Bei dem Auschecken genauso. ☹Kissen im Zimmer waren für meine Frau zu dünn gewesen. EXCELLENT10Verified The location was very central to everything in the town. We arrived by bus, it was about a 20 minute walk along the river, quite lovely even on a drizzly day. The check-in (and out) with Tereza was simple and she was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, a nice closet with hangers and a safe. Also a full length mirror. The bedroom is a good size for two people and their luggage. The bed is firm, but I found it comfortable. The bathroom is roomy enough for toiletry items and to get ready make-up wise (including a close-up mirror). The lighting is good and after the incredible shower with amazing water pressure, I found that the large mirror is anti-fogging. The breakfast is truly a big fat five stars for a hotel buffet. Varied each morning, it had many options of fruit, veggies, meats, cheeses, breads, eggs and a variety of little breakfast hors d'oeuvres. Delicious! The breakfast staff was also very nice.
